 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A truly excellent general contractor through and through. Hired Lupe and his team to replace facia along the entire perimeter of our home and they did a fantastic job. Upon teardown of the original fascia, we discovered some areas compromised by rot due to water intrusion impacting our ceiling joists and soffit. The team rectified that issue without any delay to the project timeline and only a minor addition of cost of about $200. Other contractors would’ve taken us for a ride in that situation! Lupe even primed and painted the new facia board to match our siding at no additional cost. Following the completion of this project, we replaced our gutters with another company who failed to reinstall flashing properly. Lupe came by personally to fix the mistake of a completely different company and disposed of the old gutters sitting in our back yard for free. You read that right, he fixed someone else’s problem at NO COST. It’s difficult to find this mix of price, speed, honesty, and quality nowadays. Highly recommended.
